A bridge from the tower leads into Yishun Park, the 13.9 ha former rubber estate next door. Keep those as two parks. Hospital staff and residents walk the loop in the morning and after work. Herons and monitors use the floating wetlands. Yishun MRT is the nearest station. Northpoint is the mall next to the station, not this pond.
