Good service from the Northpoint Team. Evan is always checking to see if everything is ok and offered to change the grill sheet for us. If its your birthday, they even had a surprise birthday song and ginseng soup for you if you are a member.

Food as always delicious. Love all the food ordered. Judy was super friendly. She helped to clean our table and serve us with a smile eventhough there was a short of staff.

Sheena is always pleasant and patience and met with the manager, Evan came to the table and offer an additional Service. Good chap. Tried the promo codfish and ginseng chicken, was good.

Thank you to Judy for her excellent service. She is always smiling and welcoming. Now a days very hard to see such staff alry. I will be going to North point outlet now to give her support. She is a gem to your company 😊 The food was amazing although it took some time for the food to arrive due to a big group order before us. Other than that everything is awesome 👍🏻

Judy and Raihan was our server when we were there. I was with a cast and crutches, and they were so accomodating with offering to help me with taking the self serve banchan as well as constantly checking up on my friends and me if we needed anything. All and all, I have been to this outlet multiple times. But I would come back just for the service.

Food was awesome. Fresh seafood and well marinated meats. Staffs were very attentive clearing our plates, refilling our soup. There’s always smile on their faces and that definitely made our dining experience a pleasant one. All is well.. Regards, Mdm Wardah

Our dinner here was a good one. Food was superb and the service is okay. The variety of meats, seafood and side dishes was satisfying and everything was great. We enjoyed grilling at the table and the soups were flavourful too. The place was clean and well-organised though it can get a little busy during peak hours. Overall, this is a nice spot for gatherings if you’re craving Korean BBQ and hotpot together. The crews, Irene and Sharon were also helpful and accommodating.
