I’m usually not a fan of noodles, but their youmian might have changed my mind. The value you get is insanely good. For just $6 (Apr 2024), you get a generous portion of shabu shabu pork, meatballs, healthy greens and an egg. That’s not even the best part. The noodles are perfectly al dente, having a slight bite to it. Their broth has a good mix of pork and fish flavours, which enhanced the flavours extracted from the anchovies and fried shallots. Overall, highly recommend this stall.

Very friendly lady selling hearty ban mien Flavourful anchovies soup and the homemade fish all is superb. The thickness of ban mian and mee hoon kueh is just nice πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
