Review is for their pandan waffle. One of the most disappointing waffles I’ve ever had. Was done very quickly, and came out so limp it was folding over on itself in the bag. Pretty pale color, barely any pandan taste. Felt like I was eating a bland steamed cake

Bread and cake is not soft not fresh just like expiring overnights stock..! My wife ate the tiramisu cake and had diarrhea after that!

Bought a Black Forest Cake. It was 75% cream and just a bit of cake as the base. For $37. What a rip off. I feel cheated. Never again. BakeInc, you should be ashamed of yourself. My family ended up throwing away most of the horrible cream.

They have two type of egg sandwiches, triangular and long. The staff didn't understand, so I told them I would like the long one. After that they made fun of what I said? Funny meh? Don't know what's the staff issue.

I hope the customer service will improve. Understand that staff is busy in the morning, but failed to even acknowledge me when they saw me pointing that I want the waffle and continue to cut her pandan cake without even telling me to wait. Won't go to this shop again.
