We’ve been regular customers at Bali Thai in Causeway Point for a long time, as it’s our go-to place for celebrations and casual meals. The food has always been great, which is why we keep coming back but we’ve never actually written a review until today, and that’s all because of Max. Max wasn’t here during our past visits, but on this occasion, he completely elevated our dining experience. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, warm, and genuinely attentive. He made sure we were comfortable, accommodated our requests effortlessly, and checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. His service turned an already enjoyable visit into something truly memorable, and it left such a positive impression that we felt it deserved recognition. Thank you, Max, for making our experience at Bali Thai even better, you’ve set the bar high, and we look forward to coming back again.

Casual Diner diner serving Indonesian and Thai cuisine. Food was flavourful and service was speedy. The restaurant is located in the section of mall with very high foot traffic so it can get very noisy.

Workday Friday lunch with friends. Chicken wrapped in Pandan is surprisingly good, tender and quite substantial. The sotong was a bit under whelming. Short wait to get seated though there was no customers but food came pretty quickly. Not the cheapest but good flavours.
