been here a few times. service is consistently slow have to wait about to average 15-20 mins for your order. Had the same experience at Marsiling outlet too. Perhaps the team shld really relook at your staffing and training to make things better.

Worst service ever from the staffs and a manager I guess. ( “indian lady”) All pretended to be busy. And pretended not to see me trying to inform abt my burger. Manager was super rude. Blamed me for not informing earlier whereby she can't hear that I'm calling her ( wearing her earphone). I can't accept the way she talked to me. Is that the way to talk to customer in f&b line. Please don't work if u don't have the heart to work.

I waited 30minutes for my burgers but this doesn’t stop me for giving a 5 stars to Burger King at this outlet Woodgrove. Thank you Jia Yun for packing my food. Even though you are wearing mask, I can see the smile from your eyes. Limited staff working, so dinners pls be kind. Good food must wait. Pls don’t scold them, they are trying very hard to fulfill all orders 😅😅😅
