Average taste. Crab portion was too little for $14. Didn't stock up on 100 plus or Sprite canned drinks although they're on the menu. Had to order minimum of 2 mini boat noodles. They offered a free item for giving Google reviews which might explain the high ratings

2nd visit 🥩 Beef Boat Noodle – Rich, beefy broth that hits different. Comfort in a bowl fr. 🦐 Baked Tiger Prawn Vermicelli – Big juicy prawns, glass noodles soaking up allll the umami. Slaps. 🦀 Creamy Crab Omelette Rice – Fluffy omelette packed w/ crab meat on top of tasty rice. So creamy, so dreamy. 🍲 Tomyum Chicken Soup – Creamy, spicy, tangy—literally warms your soul. Chicken is mad tender too. 🍛 Green Curry Beef – That coconut milk + Thai spice combo? Full of flavor. Elite. 🥬🐷 Stir-fry Kailan w/ Crispy Pork Belly – The crispy pork? Unreal. Kailan brings the crunch. Peak combo. 1st visit Dishes you must try, Baked Tiger Prawn Vermicelli Every slurp of the chewy vermicelli is so heavy in flavour along with a seafood-esque sweetness. Creamy Crab Omelette Starring a thick, luscious creamy omelette with chunks of crab meat atop. The omelette was pleasantly smooth, creamy, & addictively savoury. What’s more, they are not stingy on the crab meat too. Green Curry Chicken The green curry has a whole-milk like consistency & is flavourful enough to slurp up like a soup & it give the chicken lot of flavour & really made the dish delicious Steamed Fish Fillet With Lime and Garlic Super love the tangy spicy taste of the sauce, very addictive!! The fish was fresh & very meaty.

The food here is absolutely fantastic! Each dish offers an authentic Thai flavor, and you can truly taste the freshness of the ingredients. Every bite feels like a genuine taste of Thailand. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Tried the creamy egg basil pork rice the egg was truly well done and basil hits the right notes! The tomyum mama with crispy pork was delicious too. Only thing was the serving time was a tad too long, perhaps they were abit down on manpower. But overall good thai place to come to.

Nice cosy place, serving good Thai food. I had the omelette basil pork rice which was delicious although not the best I've tried. For the good atmosphere and good food, the price is very reasonable. Service is prompt and helpful too. It's quiet on a weekday afternoon, so I could stay to get some work done too.

What we tried; 💙 Creamy Omelette Rice Our first time trying such creamy omelette rice that is like a comforting blanket of moist egg goodness surrounded by a umami sauce! Can select from various meats and seafood options. ❤️ Pork Boat Noodles This boat noodles is generous with ingredients of choice and thick herbal broth! 💙 Creamy Tom Yum Soup A easy to love dish with its own unique signature! Taste just like Thai home cooked ! ❤️ Thai Grilled Squid Fresh and with a great texture! Best paired with the Thai sauce provided. 💙 Moo Ping (Grilled Pork Skewers) A popular snack that is not overwhelming and provides a good bite! ❤️ Som Tum (Thai Papaya Salad) Our all time favourite with this fresh and crunchy ingredients which is prepared with consistency and well balanced sauces and condiments. Affordable and authentic Thai foods here. Must try their omelette rice and boat noodle. Savoury fragrance and portion is big. Their others dish like Mid-wing, mama Thai pot is also yum. Service not bad and serve quite fast :) Come down and try it yourself

Overall, Central Siam Cuisine is a good choice for straightforward and tasty Thai food.
