D'Laksa is a Malaysian restaurant chain founded in 2012, with a stall at Northpoint City's Kopitiam food court bringing the authentic taste of Malaysian Penang Asam Laksa to Yishun. The brand is best known for its tangy, aromatic asam laksa — a noodle soup featuring a distinctive sour and spicy fish broth that is distinctly different from the coconut-based laksa lemak most Singaporeans are familiar with — alongside a menu of Peranakan-inspired dishes that showcase the rich culinary heritage of Malaysia. Beyond the signature asam laksa, D'Laksa offers asam pedas variants with stingray or chicken, fruit rojak, and set meals featuring ayam masak merah, rendang ayam and kari ayam, providing a well-rounded Malaysian dining experience. Operating within the Kopitiam food court at Northpoint City, the stall serves walk-in diners and also offers delivery through food platforms, making it convenient for Yishun residents craving authentic Malaysian flavours at affordable prices. For a bowl of asam laksa that transports you across the Causeway, D'Laksa at Northpoint City is the real deal. Head to B2 and discover the bold, tangy flavours that have made this Malaysian chain a favourite across Singapore.Operating hours not available

This outlet has more diluted soup, lesser sardine as compared to the one in compass one (Sengkang). Ironically it is also pricer than the one in Sengkang.

Prefer soup to be less diluted. 5 star for motivation.

Same consistency as the one I have in Malaysia. Very thick gravy with a lot of mackerel. Do take note that it is quite spicy. The noodles are bouncy and authentic type for assam laksa. Very affordable price of $5 before discount.
