I placed an order with the Sembawang outlet at 6:39 PM on 1 June 2025. Despite the app showing that the pizza was ready in-store, no delivery was attempted until 9:17 PM nearly 3 hours later. In the meantime, I made over 100 calls to the outlet to cancel the order, but the calls were either ignored or cut off repeatedly. There was no way to speak to anyone, no customer support from the store, and no explanation for the extreme delay.
