Famous Amos is always my favourite cookies but sad that the customer service is poor. Not friendly and kind of rude during the process of ordering. Not sure is the cash box spoil or what. Right b4 I left aft payment, the staff close the cash box loudly!

Staff very smart, pick up phone call and leave it on until store closed, couldn't even bother to answer the phone so might as well prevent customers from calling in

Weak staff whom are poor in maths. The staff was unable to do proper calculations (using a calculator) of the quantity and price of cookies that customer requested for.

I bought double chocolate chip with pecan cookies and they tasted like chips more cookies??? Ive been a long standing buyer of famous amos cookies and I definitely know how my favourite cookie tastes like, and this was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Are you guys losing your cookie batter standards or cheating our money?????
