Deeply disappointed by the behaviour of one staff member at Four Leaves. My boyfriend spoke politely and calmly, yet was treated with open hostility. She ignored him, glared, slammed the bread and counter, taped the bread aggressively, and gossiped with her colleague while staring us down. When reminded again, she rolled her eyes and muttered angrily. There was absolutely no reason for such rude and humiliating treatment. Customers deserve basic respect and kindness, not hostility. I sincerely hope management addresses this and reminds staff that being human and respectful matters.
