Terrible service and attitude from the cashier. Was waiting for a seat as we have 5 pax, was told off by the cashier to order food first else we cannot wait for a table. There was a potential table available and we were waiting for the lady to finish her meal. We had to pass the table to another elderly. There we other single seats available nearby and other tables occupied with people sitting and chosing their options from the menu. We went to the cashier to order as instructed before we got a seat for 5. Cashier then asked if we have a seat yet? We said no. And she took our order anyway. So we mention we still don't have a seat. To which she replies do you want to cancel your order or split table. There was no need for us to split a table as we had a potential long table available and were waiting patiently for the customer to complete her meal. To which this was stopped as we are not allowed to wait for a table before ordering. There is no queue system and no other customers coming behind us at that time. Futher to this, there were at least 2 other groups whom are already seated and only started to place order after our order were taken. This is absolutely horrible service. We been to other outlets and always had lovely experience as the food is amazing. Really horrible outlet. It's totally unclear what is the expectations. If the process is supposed to be that customers have to order first before getting seats and this is applied consistently then it should be fine. However, if there is a huge inconsistency, then the request is quite ridiculous since it is applied arbitrarily

Paid $3.90 and $2.50 for a bowl of Yuan Yang paste and a cup of hot Yuan Yang respectively. The Yuan Yang paste was smooth and had the aroma of black sesame and almond. However, the Yuan Yang drink was not creamy/smooth and tasted acidic. Service was friendly and efficient as there was no customer in the queue. The young guy was also obliging when I requested to add milk in my drink.
