Slow and rude. Waited 50 mins, check on the order was told minimum 30 minutes, need to wait 15 minutes more. What's the point of telling now?? …

Mala Xiang Guo is quite good. But mind the short hair auntie taking order. Always v rude and stinky face. Frequent customer should know who she is.Stop patronising nowadays.

We are a family of four adults and have tried the food here, dine-in and take out, on at least 3 occasions. First, the lady at the register, is either hard of hearing or does not speak a spit of English. I cannot fathom how someone can refuse to bother learning the basic English needed to receive orders of menu items on a menu that is pretty basic (4 dishes in each category). Due to her abilities, she saved my family about 15 dollars as she didn't understand that I'd asked for large portions. And we're lucky she didn't. Secondly and most importantly, the Sambal Kangkong I ordered, while vibrantly green and inviting, had zero taste (they managed to make belachan bland), hotplate beancurd had the same taste as fresh egg tofu and worst of all, they've chosen to use frozen diced chicken breast in their dried chili chicken dish. I'm certain if you've bothered to read this far, that you will know the mouthfeel of stir fried frozen, cubed chicken breast. It resembled fried salted fish cubes sans the flavour. They just douse the thing with kicap manis and throw in old aromatics to make it look like they bothered. Hey, I know you're making a living and I know the people in the kitchen and register are young and not past 60. So, I dare ask you to adventure and bother looking up recipes on youtube to improve yourselves. What is extremely disturbing is that people DO put in orders at your stall! I really do believe people in the vicinity of Vista Point really have lost their taste buds. Sigh. Improve yourselves or just leave. Please.
