Malay female staff working on 15/9/25 7pm. Very very rude. Ordered 2 cooler drinks, was charged $14.40. After that noted was 6.28pm, which under the 1-1 handcrafted beverage. Which should be charged $7.20 instead. When asked, she verbalised that the “new boy” charged and cannot be refund. And only able to give extra 2 more cups of same drink or 1 cup which lesser than the amount. She also mentioned the 1for1 only valid if the customer is the one who asked for it and not supposed to be offered by them as customer tend to refused for the 1for1. Then I mentioned since is 1for1, then will be $7.20, another $7.20 since cannot be refund, I will checkout a cake but she verbalised NO, only can order drinks which less than the amount or can only provide 2 same drinks that I’ve order I need an explanation on this.

I recently visited here and had the pleasure of trying out their latte, mocha, and cheesecake. …

Coffee seems different from the other outlets (Plaza Sing). Sufficient space/table to sit if patrons stop hogging with almost empty cup of coffee with laptop sitting there for hours. …

Takeaway packages can’t contain cakes due to the width! You need to provide a suitable packaging boxes for cakes ordered for takeaway. It’s disappointing that the boxes smashed the top of the cakes. The boxes were held with tapes. Take a cue from your competitors whose boxes are good for keeps. Customers are paying for these. I had thrown the boxes and transferred the cakes to my own boxes upon reaching home. Taste: The chocolate cake was great however I can’t taste any slivers of carrots in the carrot cake. I tasted more raisins. The taste was a little too sweet but has a nice texture. Maybe it’s not the same kind of carrot cakes I’m used to.

Coffee is not too bad. However staff training could be better. The few times I was there, there was always no one manning the cash register to take orders. The tables are also not cleaned.
