This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I asked for a red bean bun but the salesperson mistakenly gave me a tau sar piah. When I tried to correct the order and asked for the red bean bun, the salesperson blamed me for the mistake, accusing me of not being clear enough. Even though I tried to point to the correct bun outside the display glass, the salesperson still grabbed the wrong bun and insisted that I was pointing in the wrong direction. At one point, the salesperson even suggested taking a photo to prove that they were not wrong. The whole encounter made me feel disrespected and angry. The attitude of the salesperson was completely unacceptable and they did not even provide basic customer service.
