Quality getting worse. Noodles is drenched with a lot of chilli oil and the lean meat is super tough. Will not buy again.

Simple no so heavy thick sauce for the noodles.. ordered Ah Lam Abalone noodle $7.20 as compared to normal $4.90. 3 pieces of small so called abalone on a stick extra.

Recently ordered the abalone noodles and while they weren't quite up to the standards of years ago, they still provided a comforting and satisfying meal. I can't speak for their salt baked chicken, but I hope it's still as good as it used to be. I plan on trying it soon.
