I usually frequent the tzechar stall at the other coffeeshop beside but portion is damn pathetic and food takes so long. I thought I found a gem when I visited this stall as food was prepared fast and portion was great. But second time round ordered another chicken dish but to my great disappointment the portion is pathetic just like the other stall. Seems like everywhere is the same. The only good thing about this stall is the speed. First time round - ordered salted chicken portion was good Second time round - ginger onion chicken portion very little

My hubby took home their salted egg chicken with rice. While eating half way, he found a sharp toothpick in the rice. We wondered if it was a used toothpick and totally freaked out! We also couldn’t imagine if my hubby had swallowed the sharp toothpick. The chicken was hard and overcooked. Will never buy from them again!

Tried the Hokķien Mee at almost closing time. Hmm, the wok hey and the sauce was good tasting, however, the ingredients are not fresh. Will try again to double confirm next time.

Have been eating here for quite sometime now. Despite all the unbelievable bad reviews. I still can see people ordering here. My favourite is the Punggol mee goreng. For info the whole coffee shop has just finished renovation.

1) Salted Egg Pork Ribs - appearance and taste wise are good. But portion not very big for medium sized. Overall, still one good dish because the salted egg used are real and isn’t just a salted egg sauced pork ribs. 2) BBQ Sotong - I really do like this dish because it has this assam fish gravy taste with some lady’s fingers. Wish there are more sotong though. The sotong texture is also good. Not too tough. 3) Prawn Paste Chicken Wings - Portion is alright but the chicken meat is kind of tough. The meat is dry and not juicy. Each chicken wing piece isn’t very big. It’s about $2 per small wing because it’s $14 on food delivery app so definitely not cheap. 4) Prawn Roll - This is quite good. It has real minced prawn meat in it. This isn’t frozen and can tell by the size that it is real stuff. 5) Hot Plate Beancurd - One of the biggest portion of beancurd I’ve seen for a small sized. The amount of ingredients given in this simple dish is quite a lot too. Very surprised by this. Thumbs up for this. 6) Bittergourd Omelette - The omelette is a tad bit oily and soggy. The bittergourd isn’t bitter at all so it is still good for anyone who doesn’t eat bittergourd. 7) Garlic Kai Lan - Simple and standard dish. Just vegetables and nothing else.
