I recently went to collect on behalf of my daughter. There were three screens at the collection area, but none displayed any collection numbers, which made it unclear whose orders were ready. I approached a staff member to check, and she initially told me the order was not ready. I waited quite a while, during which several others who arrived after me collected their items and left. When I checked again, a different staff member informed me that the order was indeed ready. I asked why there was no call-out or indication on the screens, and she simply said, “It was sent to your notification.” I explained that I was collecting on someone else’s behalf and would not have received any notification. What was most disappointing was the lack of any apology or effort to assist—just a blank stare. I sincerely hope management looks into improving the collection process. Displaying collection numbers on the screen would be a simple and effective way to keep everyone informed, including those collecting on behalf of others, and prevent unnecessary waiting.
