Ordered pearly taro on two separate days. Both times they gave me the wrong order but charged me $3.70. One time they gave me pearly soymilk. This time they gave me taro soymilk without pearl. Somemore never give receipt. No evidence or whatever. Mr Bean management should review this outlet

Staff by name of Zhao Jingyi snatched receipt from my hands when I took it myself, since the counter lady did not serve me, so I decided to self-service. She was really rude. Zhao Jingyi staff also assumed that my beancurd was 50% sugar level without asking me. She only asked for sugar level of soya milk, and assumed that my beancurd was also 50%, I had to correct her before she took the wrong order. Bad experience. Very impatient staff. Please DO NOT VISIT this store.

What a wonderful service. A shout out to Ms Geok Leng who served me today. When she saw me struggling to manage my hot cup of bean curd drink, she kindly offered to change it to a carrier and even cooled down the drink for me. From my observations, I could see she was a nice & friendly person, had a kind heart and has good interactions with customers and regulars. Kudos to her for her service :)

Bought beancurd from Mr Bean at Causeway Point. The only warm beancurd I could buy from this mall but it is always not a full bowl given. Had increased price and beancurd given was less. Disappointed.
