Staff was very rude and un friendly. Yesterday able to use qoo10 to redeem the sales order but today suddenly forgotten the way to use qoo10 Apps. Some more there are another 2 staffs stand there pretending do not know also. Very disappointed and will not purchase at this store again.

Just bought 26 July 2022 at 1845 hrs Sunplaza Psicy chicken Found no egg inside. Suppose to have. No good. Poor service. 1st time buy. A few time came 8pm lady say closed already. Lousy!

Purchased soya bean drinks on Sunday 10 Oct 2021, around 10:40am. Order 4 cups, both hot and cold drinks. ALL the drinks were only filled to about 70%-75%. Each cup looks like it was drank by someone already. I am not asking for the drinks to be fully filled or overflowing. But if only 70%-75% of the cup full only, then they just lack honesty in each cup. It was the young staff who served these.

A lady was queuing Infront of me and throughout the whole time she speak with manners however the shop assistant tone was inpatient and rude in return. No porridge before 10am, if you get it than that will be your lucky day.
