Mr Bean at Kampung Admiralty

A very rude aunty told us to queue on the other side of the counter as she said they are 2 different counter. She could have saying that politely instead of “你眼睛看那边你就去那边”. People will not know your shop arrangement if you don't tell. Such nasty aunty doesnt deserve to be in service line. Suggest Mr Bean to seriously consider improving the quality of your recruitment process

Staff is very slow in serving. Price is rather steep, this pancake costs $3.50, you can buy a noodle with this amount 😂. Main issue is why is the egg so terrifyingly black? I took a close look and it is BLACK not the usual charred brown on food. Even the brown side is black LOL. Ridiculous. Please clean your grill? I got this at like 9am? Wonder how the pancakes made in the later part of the day look 😟 Doesn’t seem like Mr Bean bothers also with all these negative reviews…

I am writing to report a highly unprofessional interaction my partner experienced with one of your staff members, an aunty today at around 9:45pm. My partner reported that this staff member miscalculated the change she was owed but then proceeded to display a rude and accusatory attitude, as if my partner was responsible for the error. Regardless of the situation, the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by your staff member is unacceptable. Also, the supporting staff member beside the aunty did nothing but just to observe the situation. Clearly, teamwork is absent and eye power is trully the way they work instead of assisting each other.
