In general, the soup is still quite nice. The rest is really the worst I even had in my life. 1) Butter fried fish is damn hard, have to chew very hard. Can only taste the flour. I can't even tell/taste I'm eating fish. 2) Kung Pao chicken, …

Had a horrible experience on 3 Feb. My hubby bite into a foreign object. It is black triangular piece, had 3 sharp corners. I decided to take it to the counter, didn't intend to make a scene, I waited for everyone to walk away fr the counter and then brought this matter up to the cashier (a Chinese lady, whom is the only one not in unform, I assumed must be the owner). Upon seeing the hard object, she said it looks like "lou han guo" skin. N attempted to use a staple to cut it, apparently it was so hard she couldn't break it. I told her to hand it back to me as I wanted to take a pix of it before she throw away the evidence. Since she did not acknowledge this is a foreign object and not even apologetic, I decided to take it back took a pic of it. Aft this she decided to walk to my table (still not admitting liability) she asked for the object again to check with her kitchen staff but I told her it is not necessary to check since she thinks this is nothing seriously. I told what if my kids encountered this. Ans the reply was not even sensible. She said luckily it's the adults. What!! No one should bite into it. She was afraid I am going to take it to NEA and asked me what I want. I told her I don't want anything but if I was her I would hv apologised 1st instead of trying to investigate. N I would have offered to replace the dish without questions. This object is like a piece of acrylic or broken plastic bowl or plate. Upon hearing this she asked me like tat I pay u back. Which I refused. She brought $7 to me but I told her I am not accepting. N she started to tell me she had already apologised wat do I want. Why would I want to be so cruel. I was even more angry upon hearing this. I never want to complain this to NEA (I could have) I was giving her a chance to do her basic svc recovery. I left the money on the table and will never visit this place again. Eat with caution.
