Wanted to eat some Thai food on a rainy day. We ordered 2 dishes - the Tom yum soup and a prawn omelette. Tom Yum came first, then our rice. Waited another 30 mins for the prawn omelette to arrive. By then the tom yum soup was as cold as the rain outside. 2 stars for what could’ve been a great meal

My 2nd visit within 2 weeks. Food is nice and value for money. Personally I prefer the Red Tom Yam soup better than the clear one. …

Sanook Kitchen has always been a constant for good Thai food option and easy to find. Been to multiple of their outlets and food is always consistent. Never thought of reviewing this since we grew up with this brand in Singapore. Today’s review will be a little different because it’s not food related, but it’s an incident that warmed my heart. Had a wardrobe slight malfunction and needed a safety pin as I still had to work, went to them and asked if they could spare a safety pin but the team didn’t have any. After coming out of the washroom, realised 1 of their staff was waiting outside. She took this pin out, and gave it to me. Tried rejecting as it looks so precious, and she was just so kind, she insisted it was okay and that I needed it more. Thank you for your kindness and this very precious pin ☺️ 🙏🏻🙏🏻 My compliments to you and your team. My insta as such: @peisanaps if you guys need me to write any official compliments just let me know too.

My 2nd visit within 2 weeks. Food is nice and value for money. Personally I prefer the Red Tom Yam soup better than the clear one. Their thai ice tea is nice too not super sweet. Popcorn and water are self serving. What impressed me the most was the staff’s friendliness. Will definitely come back again soon.
