Non-existing basic customer service. We stood outside restaurant waiting to be served. The manager was at the cashier counter saw us but did not even bother to greet us or get us seated although the restaurant was not busy. We waited a few minutes before we were led in and seated in the less than half filled restaurant. The pho they served looked pathetic and not like a restaurant quality food. See photo. The noodle portion was small, not enough to fill stomach. The pho didn’t come with bean sprout and when asked the waiter said they had ran out of it. They should have given us other type of vegetable as replacement. And the beef slices were just a few small pieces. A much cheaper hawker centre pho would look and taste better than this.

Owner should seriously look into their vegeterian options, apparently these options bear low value and not worth the price tag reflected on their menu. We believed the reason they offering vegetarian option is to cater to both non vegetarian and vegetarian diners so that they could have meals together. Hence if the option looks bad, you will end up losing both non vegetarian and vegetarian patrons too, please be accommodative and inclusive to all diners choice.

I gave this outlet a chance thinking that perhaps it's a one off thing however upon ordering my spicy beef noodle again, it dawned upon me that they did a terrible job preparing the meal. Broth is diluted and the noodle, don't get me started with the noodle, it's as if the chef cut the noodles into small bits and pieces. I have ordered and eaten at other So Pho outlets and it was a pleasant experience with good thick broth. I think its time to consider switching the manager or the chef of the outlet who care less for the food served to customers. This may affect the reputation of the company. Really spoils the experience of having a good meal.

Great place to have your beef pho! The spicy beef pho is fiery spicy though, so wouldn’t recommend it if you can’t take spicy! The beef is tender and the glass noodles are chew. Goes perfect with the flavourful soup!

Decently nice Vietnamese food. Like the banh mi, the beef ball and so pho, and the mango glutinous rice. My fav are the banh mis, nicely flavoured and good balance of umami, sweet, sour and spiciness.
