Would give 0 if there’s that option. Cashier was obviously not trained, told her that we ordered subway melt with what bread and she asked us twice to check if it’s not some special request flat bread etc. Told the staff that was in charge of crafting the sandwich together that one of my sandwich was to do away with cheese thrice but she still chose to ignore and put the cheese and toasted it anyways. At that point I was just speechless because she’s gonna waste a sandwich for nothing. She also seems to not be able to understand basic English and common subway terms which was concerning. When it came out of the oven, I reminded her AGAIN that one of the sandwich order was to be without cheese then she glared at me and redid another without any apology of some sort. It was when the whole ordeal was done, we sat down to eat and after one bite, realised that the staff didn’t put the usual subway melt meat ingredients. She only put ham along with the other veggies and that’s it. No bacon nothing. Went to check on the website to make sure we didn’t remember the ingredients wrongly, indeed, she only put ham but there were other meat ingredients that made up subway melt sandwich. At that point, we were already so angry and frustrated, decided that there isn’t any point talking to a person that doesn’t speak the language well nor a trained staff. So we just ate and left after. Overall, super unpleasant experience we would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS OUTLET! Dine here at your own risk!

The lady who is working today Izzati her name plate says, She was cleaning wearing the same gloves and holding and putting the food in the same hand gloves, disgusting, cleaning the counter with the same hand and putting ingredients in the same hand this unhygienic and please guide her not to do that.

I really like subway foods but this time, this subway is near a very noisy arcade that plays the same dizzying rhythm over and over again. The cashier and the person putting our food together is well trained, and there is an employee that used to have difficulty speaking English but only after a week she started speak English much better. Well done!. The real problem is their food. Yes it's fresh I agree, but when it comes to the sauce, they don't warn you that the cheese sauce is kind of spicy. I'm very sensitive to spiciness. And their drinks is the problem to me. I'm guessing their machine has the syrup of the drink you want and when you choose the drink, they'll just mix them together, but I found weird particles in my drink, like small hair with dust or something like that. I'm not sure if it's the syrup or something, but they need to fix it because it gives the impression that it's unhygienic. Other than that, it is a very decent place to eat, and I would definitely recommend to my friends for their sandwiches.

Not only was the quality exceptional, but the speed and efficiency of their service were impressive as well. The team at this particular Subway location went above and beyond to provide an experience that exceeded my expectations. First got my order wrong. I ordered wrap but gave me a bread. The person repeated my order but still give me bread. Thus, waited extra time to redo. Ordered soup meal having it at the restaurant. Said my soup have to wait but they totally forget about it until I finished my meal and asked. Only then they started making.
