24-hour Japanese ramen stall at Causeway Point, serving hakata-style tonkotsu broth simmered for 12 hours.
Takagi Ramen is a homegrown Japanese ramen chain that has carved a niche in Singapore with its commitment to authentic hakata-style tonkotsu ramen, featuring a rich, milky pork bone broth simmered for over 12 hours. The Causeway Point outlet at Woods Square is one of the brand's 24-hour locations, making it a rare late-night dining option in the Woodlands area. Signature bowls include the classic Takagi Ramen with chashu, ajitama egg, and wood ear mushrooms, alongside spicier variants like the Volcano Ramen for those who enjoy a fiery kick. Beyond ramen, the menu offers gyoza, karaage fried chicken, and rice bowls that complement the noodle offerings. The 24-hour operating hours cater to shift workers, late-night supper seekers, and anyone craving a hot bowl of noodles when most other options have closed. The casual, quick-service format keeps things efficient without sacrificing the depth of flavour that defines a good bowl of ramen. For ramen lovers in the north who refuse to be limited by opening hours, Takagi Ramen at Causeway Point is the answer. Its 12-hour broth and round-the-clock service make it a dependable destination, day or night.

Unpleasant experience, place was uncleaned, no proper utensils, boiled egg was over cooked, preserved vegetable container was empty, not worth the price for their service, staff couldn't be bothered. Like a deserted restaurant. Never coming again. Been to another branch at River court, small but nice place, didn't expect to woods square branch to be like that!

not the first time I had jiajiamen at takagi, but today jiajiamen is soupy. isnt it suppose to be a dry ramen? asked the staff to check if this is the correct order and why it is so soupy, they were not able to give me a reply.
secondly, I added-on the bamboo shoots, and they all taste off. didnt ate any as I am concern if they are even safe to eat.
lastly, when we wanted to return the tray, the tray return area was completely full, so we put it back onto our table. the staff then demanded us to return the tray as we were leaving, which we explain that the tray return area is full. she then proceed to say she will clear the return area now (and seemingly expect us to wait for her to do, so we can return our tray) which I don't see how we customer have to u-turn back just because they couldnt clear the tray return area regularly for us to return at first.
I have ordered takagi from woods square multiple time on grabdelivery and so far havent had a single correct order. now that I see how the staff work at this outlet, I'm no longer surprise.
I work in fnb too, and I can tell this is not the way the service crew should operate. they lack basic training in both food preparation and service.

Revisited this place on a Friday evening between 845-930. The place was very crowded but was severely understaffed. Only 2 staff on rotation, one cooking while one washing dishes or taking orders, all the while customers keep streaming in. The wait for food can be 30mins. Due to manpower shortage, trays with used bowls piled up on the counter since the staff simply couldn't cope with the volume of orders, despite trying their best. Good thing the cooking staff was quite fast with processing the orders or else the wait could be longer. Foodwise the menu has expanded since this chain first opened and prices have increased generally.

I usually use Shopee to buy some deal vouchers on takagi ramen. I haven’t been to other outlets before. In terms of food I find average but definitely affordable with Shopee deals. But sometime items not available then they will offer replacement. Today I get 3 items - ice lemon tea, fried dumplings n miso ramen. Not sure why but I always find the ramen with soup isn’t hot. Just warm. Staffs service varies depending on who handles the counter. Floor was squeaking and kept sticking on my shoes today 12/8. With the Shopee deals - I paid less than sgd10. If normal price probably around sgd22.
