Ordered chicken wing with fries set. Over-fried chicken wings (too dry) and was given leftover bits of fries (short 1-2cm pieces for entire fries portion) strewn over the plate. Bread was a piece of white bread with butter. Forgot to take photo, will not visit again.

Ordered chicken chop and the one that handled my food was a guy with bad eczema saw it with my own eyes he scratch his neck and immediately after that he pick up my uncook chicken with the same hand n fry it. Feel so disgusted immediately called another guy to change everything on my plate... please get him out of there because that is so unhygienic and disgusting. Talked to his colleague and they told me that many customer already complaint about this guy and no actions has been taken. Please educate your cooks to wear glove and hair net while handling customer food. Please take actions immediately.

Alot of low star reviews, so I am here to give 5 stars and give you my honest opinion. I grew up eating this store for nearly over 15 years. This store is the best for its chicken wing rice and it has never disappoint. Yes there are times they get it wrong, Yes it might not have the best service. But its simple, don't expect anything but Old School Hawker, Low tier Customer Service, Cash Payment is the easiest. Simple. This is the most busy store in 888 plaza because they serve good food and they don't care about your reviews.
