Thai Makan is the halal-certified brand under Thai Dynasty, created specifically to bring authentic Thai street food to Singapore's Muslim community. Launched in 2018, the brand is staffed by Thai and Thai-Muslim cooks who take pride in preparing genuine Thai dishes with halal-compliant ingredients. The menu captures the vibrant flavours of Bangkok's street food scene, with crowd favourites including pad thai, tom yum soup, green curry, and Thai basil chicken, all prepared with the bold, aromatic profiles that Thai cuisine is celebrated for. The Admiralty Place outlet is located in the Cantine food court, offering dine-in seating alongside takeaway options. I wanted to use my CDC vouchers at this stall, but was told I couldn’t because the staff’s phone had no battery. Honestly, I don’t think that’s a valid reason—charging the phone should be part of the preparation before starting the day. As a customer, it’s quite disappointing, especially when we rely on these vouchers. Hope they improve this in the future.

atrocious. What this counter did was unbelievable. I was asking a simple questions ( how much would it cost if I were to order an omelette alone as I was in utter disbelief that it cost $8.5 for one plain omelette. ) as it was loud and I couldn’t hear her and there was a misunderstanding. When she repeated herself, she was already giving attitude back but it’s ok maybe she was just trying to be louder. I then had to wait for about 50 min for my food to arrive but guess what other customers who came way later got their food in about 15 min I asked her how much longer it would take and she told me to wait I saw that there was a takeaway ready to be served but no one was coming for 10-15 min or so, she also proceeded to place it under the place so in a way I couldn’t see it but I’m not blind. I asked her again how long more nicely, as I’m a student I had to get home and study and this was wasting my time, she then proceeded to take my receipt and gave me the food that’s been there for 10-15min and passed it to me and repeated back to me what I bought. WOW. I asked ā€œits been there the whole time?ā€ She proceeded to not respond. Utterly disgusting. Cantine should do something about this or whoever, and to make things worst I’m suffering with a spinal issue and it’s hard for me to stay standing for long. Also the other times I’ve came and she was the cashier she was rude to my friends as well even though we didn’t do ANYTHING but asked her how long more the drink was going to take.

First time trying Tom Yam Seafood Soup in this stall. Soup is terrible and not my taste. They used frozen seafood for the Soup and not the fresh one. Most terrible thig is put fried fish in the soup. Never eat before those kind of soup and it can't call Authentic food. Never back again to this stall.
