If I can give negative star, I think the store deserves to get the award. The store is dirty, housekeeping is not done properly. The manager on duty Siti on duty was also not flexible. There is even cockroach spotted on the floor when I was dining there. Date of incident: 16 Nov 2024 @ 9:55 pm

usually I like this place and service is not bad. however I visited and ordered coffee on 29 June 2025 around lunch time. there’s young male staff and no idea he can’t talk or what, he barely talked during order even after passed coffee to me. i’m very disappointed his attitude.

Coffee bean is my fav food and a place I will always love to dine in, but today totally dissapointed with the service. Place was not clean super dirty, food was not how it was suppose to be. My fusili was not cooked and parts of the portion was hard, egg club sandwich the eggs were too over cooked. I really hope the staff can work on how to improve themselves. Very dissapointed and upset. I've been dining at sembawang shopping centre outlet and Guthrie house outlet they have given me the best of their service with their bubbly and cheerful gestures and the food comes as what I have expected. Iam paying for the food I hope other ppl who comes here don't get dissapointed as well. Just hope that the staffs change and take feedbacks positively.

Ordered a smoked chicken salad ($11.90). Came literally with just lettuces, 2 pcs of bacon and smoked chicken. No croutons, no cherry tomatoes, no almond flakes like they used to have. Asked the staff and they said this is their new recipe. Are you effing kidding me?
