At SSC coffee bean today, we ordered 2 drinks and 2 cakes. After patiently waiting for 18 long minutes and not even being updated during our wait, we got our drinks that we were craving for that tasted so bad. It was a disaster. The red velvet tasted just like diluted milk and the iced macha green latte tasted like fish water. I immediately spat out and vomited. There was no queue and even had 3 staffs behind the counter. The service staff looked so uninterested and had such bad service standards. Coffee bean is a huge and successful company but the store in SSC will bring it’s reputation down. At least, having waited this long! We would’ve appreciated our orders to be great. We are utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. P.S I would rather give no star.

The one for one pancake breakfast simply cannot make it.. it is too dry, very hard & no tasty of egg. Disappointed to find rotten lettuce on the salad (4 March 2025)

Came here a few times with my family. Place is need and tidy staff is also very friendly and attentive. During one of my visit I brought along my baby girl,she was very cranky that day. One of the staff (shameer I think) came over to check if the music is too loud for the baby. Probably it is abit too loud. Kudos to him for being attentive of the surroundings to ensure everyone had a pleasant experience. 👍😊

Food is average, price is ok. What I like to comment here is the staff and management are new (maybe) and not even know the new safety measures and rules. They allow a couple with a baby that can sit on a baby chair to dining. A safety ambassador informed the staff and then make the customer so angry, customer even quarrel with the ambassador, and packed all the foods home. Honestly, the staff should not allow the customer to come in, they can see that it's a "3 person" dining and the current rules is 2 in a table. They should tell the customer and insist that. Poor ambassador and poor customer will have a bad Sunday start.
