I just went to the toilet and they took my cake. Then I let it go and sat down to continue looking at the computer. The staff came to ask me if I had ordered. I told her my situation and she check my receipt. After checking it, she didn't give me any compensation or apology. The store is very good, but the people are terrible.

The worst coffee bean outlet that I’ve been to. They messed up the order and gave attitude as well when my friend asked them about it nicely. If you don’t want to work, please just quit. Thanks.

Coffee Bean’s $10 for two breakfast set of waffles and scrambled eggs with fruits and spanish latte (hot/cold — can be exchanged to tea or other drinks as well) is value for money. You cannot get the same value somewhere else. Period. We went to the outlet in Causeway Point, at around 7:35am. There’s not much customers that early, although we went initially to the coffee shops downstairs and they have long queues. They might not know that there’s a coffeebean upstairs or if it’s already opened or they don’t know about this breakfast set or they might be in a rush. For what it’s worth, the service is outstanding, we only waited for a few minutes for our orders to be prepared. The scrambled eggs, fruits and waffles are also worth the price. Although the 2pc waffle is a bit dry without the syrup, it’s still value for money — for $5/pax (versus other coffee shops’ $7/pax toast, eggs and drink). I just wish more people can enjoy this. I also hope that there’s a toast / bun option instead of waffles for people who likes savory breakfast ;P P.s. we did not have a chance to take pictures. Too excited to eat, but I have my receipt :)
