Slow service, teriyaki chicken sandwich was cold, soup was watery, order just placed on top of a stack of trays, least they could do is put the tray aside before stacking the meal on top. No one helped when I struggled to pick up that tray without tipping my soup over, all staff did was hurry me and grab the tray below for themselves. Not coming back

It's always a wonderful experience to dine at Soup Spoon Woods Square. The staff in this branch are very friendly and helpful. They even remember me, though I not quite regular there. They are always ready to help when I can't find the soup sets or offers that I was looking for. They offer good suggestions on the seasonal soups, changes in the menu, so that I always get to try the new or good food at Soup Spoon. Soup Spoon Woods Square is a place where it feels like you're visiting an old friend who whips up some nice warm soup to welcome you home. That's how good it is.

It has been awhile since I patronised The Soup Spoon. I used to like their monthly specials. The last time I ordered from The Soup Spoon was a few months ago. The soup of the month special was too salty for my taste. I thought I gave them another try since they have the Korean Soup special this month. I went ahead to order the set that came with salad. The Gochujang Kimchi seafood chowder was too salty for my taste. I even had to dip my tofu from my salad to reduce the saltiness. I'm not sure if I saw any seafood as they're all in small pieces. Instead I ate a lot of corns. It should be called spicy gochujang corn chowder. I couldn't even eat half of the chowder as it was salty. Or is it just me?? I dunno. In the past 2 years when I ordered, it was OK for me. Or maybe I ordered the wrong item???

The sandwich is nice.. the lemon tea is nice.. the soup is nice.. but nowadays the bowl become much smaller, you need to add on to get this big bowl which is usual bowl last time which no need to pay extra add on.. next time I will not order the rice bowl, its not so nice with the pickles.
