I ordered summer açai medium açai bowl from vista point via the Grabfood app, I requested for a full portion (100%) of pistachio sauce but is only given a little bit of the sauce which covers barely 10% of the entire bowl. I am not very pleased with this delivery. You can see from the extreme left and right sides of the acai that is not covered with the sauce. When I order from other branches, their 100% sauce is a lot more than this and are generous portions.

Ordered via Grabfood as I happened to WFH today. Had low expectations as the day before I had an acai bowl from somewhere else but it was meh. But when my order arrived, I was impressed by the generous toppings and portion. Worth my money and would definitely buy again from here! Only thing is that I think there's room for improvement on the packaging as it's a paper bowl which doesn't hold very well once the acai starts to melt. Otherwise, this is a very good bowl of acai!

Worst açaí i’ve ever tasted in my life. The taste was so sweet and disgusting. Ordered via Grabfood during late night for my cravings and was so disappointed because the whole time I was just taking all the crust that was SO MUCH topped on top like a desert. Spent half the time taking out the crusts and by the time my açaí already melted by so much. Moreover the bowl they used was like a paper bowl - making the experience even worse. Can you imagine after taking out the crusts and finally able to eat the açaí - then the açaí taste so horrible? My goodness. Didn’t take the “crust” part photo but this was AFTER I took out the crust and took a bite of the açaí. What a disappointment

We’re regular customers of Summer Acai and honestly, it’s one of the best acais we had HOWEVER, we just would like to feedback that the Summer Acai management team could probably relook at the service this branch provided. We’ve had few encounters of rude staffs when we make our purchase. - Staff ignored customers at the counter despite seeing us waiting / queueing / ringing the bell. Understand that sometimes the load can be busy, but a simple acknowledgment or let the customers know that they need to wait a little longer is sufficient. - Informed the staff that we’re using CDC voucher since we’re not allowed to make online orders for CDC voucher payments, but the staff was so impolite. He rolled his eyes and the body language he gave off was enough to make customers feel unwelcome. It was such an unpleasant experience ordering from the male staff and appreciate if he could at least be more friendly.

While The Summer Açai brand is known to be budget friendly and delicious, the Woodlands Summer Açai branch is very erratic and inconsistent specifically in terms of texture (it’s either TOO frozen, or TOO melted), when your usual expectation is that it would be soft serve. Also sometimes when you state no sauce, don’t be surprised to find nutella in there. I would advise the Summer Acai management to relook at the service and location of this branch. Not sure you guys can get a spot in Causeway point but an alternative is Woodlands North Plaza or 888.
