Thai street bites and signature Thai milk tea at Causeway Point.
Tuk Tuk Cha at Causeway Point brings its Thai street-food concept to the basement of Woodlands'' busiest mall, serving pad thai, basil pork rice, mango sticky rice, and the brand''s signature Thai milk tea in a quick-service format. The menu is compact but covers the essential Thai crowd-pleasers, with each dish delivering the sweet, sour, and spicy balance that Thai cuisine is loved for. The Thai milk tea, served over ice with its distinctive orange hue, is a perennial favourite that pairs well with any of the mains. Conveniently located for shoppers, Tuk Tuk Cha at Causeway Point is an easy, affordable Thai fix in the heart of Woodlands.

Rude service from a boyish female cashier. Experienced two unpleasant services from her. The first time, I walked in at 11:30am, but she told me she wasn't ready to serve us. A few months later, I had forgotten how rude she was, so I went to order the Thai milk tea and she kept asking me repeatedly what size I want and her tone was rude instead of giving me options of the size they have since she is so hurry. Even when I asked what size do you have, she didn't answer me. She reminded me of my first experience, so I won't be coming back.

Came here because there were deals using Burpple premium app. 1 for 1 deal, main+ drink + dessert.
Limited options for mains. Either Chicken Noodle or Clear Chicken Soup. So we took one of each. For the drinks, either hot black tea or cold black tea😂. So not much of a choice. For dessert we ordered Golden Toast with Thai Milk Tea and Petite Aloha Coconut.
Now verdict.
Price paid for 1 for 1 is ok but definitely not worth it if there's no deal. The clear chicken soup was a bit salty. The chicken noodle soup looks like instant noodles you would cook at home. Not worth $8.90. Wouldn't have chosen this if given more choices.I only like the dessert. The petite aloha coconut was nice.
Standard has definitely dropped. Won't be coming back even if I am very hungry.

Experience here used to be great. However, the portion of food has been shrinking over time. Beef cubes, squid, and radish are no longer given. The amount of ice in drink takes up ¾ of the cup despite asking for "less ice".
The quality has been lacklustre as well. Of the 3 pieces of fish I received today, 2 were undercooked and inedible.
Would not recommend unless the restaurant or outlet did an overhaul of the food here.

Place is small, toast is too hard. Take own utensils from a tray.
