I ordered kuay chap, and I said no need intestines, the result I got is, there’s no meat at all.. only skin, tofu and eggs and Tau pok… where’s the pork meat??? Hahaha I’m shocked

Extremely rude women at the cashier and the one chopping the food. I don't eat offal so I told the women that I don't want intestines and stomach for my kuay chap set. Idk if it was said loudly on purpose or my hearing is in amazing condition. She said "这么麻烦不会不要吃‘’ wow seriously. I hope u lose your franchise rights soon.

I encounter a bad service cashier when I order my food as usual. I order crispy pork with char siew pork rice and, she reply me Rudely and say is number 10 right ? So I repeat myself again to her and she keep saying is number 10 again and again, she as the staff should know what item they are selling. And she have attitude problem. I unhappy about the service she give. Please management looking in this matter. Thanks you

Price shows one piece of tofu is $1. Paid and they tried to cut into really small pieces so 5hey only give you a portion of the tofu. Makes it look like a whole piece. Extremely dishonest.

Ordered whole duck for take away, they did not give the 2 duck wings (the whole wing with the small drum), it cost me $44 for the "not the whole duck", $2 for toufu, $4 for 4 boxes of rice. After paying then I was told to pay another $1.2 for the boxes and no receipt provided for the boxes. Total $51.2 for a duck meal which is not worth it and felt cheated. Please be careful when you buy from this shop, ask for the price first.
