I really liked the clam soup and the soft roll, but the salad was just a lot of cabbage and a few slices of tomato. First impression wasn't too bad, probably will come back for the soft roll.

I logged a complaint about the food quality on 29 Sep according to the way taught by the manager but until now no reply at all from ur customer service. I tried to resend the email again but no reply. And then send the feedback via website but still no reply after more than 5 working days. Very disappointed to long John silver's.

I recently ordered from Long John Silver’s via Foodpanda, and to my shock, I found a worm in the side salad. While Foodpanda processed a refund promptly, it’s extremely concerning that something like this could happen. I hope LJS seriously reviews their food handling and quality control processes — this is not acceptable.

Ordered my favourite soup & fish sandwiches set. The food was not packed properly and the food preparations look so pathetic. Totally no pride in service or standards. The staff who packed my food must be rushing ignoring food packing ethics when I already indicated that it should be packed tightly. The soup spilled in the bag & soaked my sandwiches. Horrible! I wouldn't even serve this food condition to my pets! The standards is abysmal. From bad to worst!

Quite a quiet atmosphere as there are not much people even during peak hours. Plenty of seats and they are using self service payment kiosks as well. The fish burgers are not quite to my taste, but I do still enjoy the clam chowder here.
